North Penn United Way Names 2015 Superheroes United For Kids

KULPSVILLE, PA – January 20, 2015 – The North Penn United Way has selected 16 “Superheroes United for Kids” to be saluted for their efforts on behalf of children in the North Penn and Indian Valley communities. The 2015 Superheroes United for Kids event, which will take place at PineCrest Country Club on Friday, April 24, 2015, is a high-spirted event that honors 16 Superheroes for their exceptional contribution to kids and acknowledges companies who are making an investment in the success of our most vulnerable students.

The evening will also feature live music, cocktail-style dinner, an open bar, a super-silent auction, and lots of superhero sized surprises. Over 300 community members are expected to join forces the night of the event to raise funds to support the North Penn United Way’s goal of having all North Penn and Indian Valley students succeed in school.

All 16 superheroes hail from across the community, but all have at least one thing in common -- they are doing great work with, or for, children in our region.
