Free Tax Preparation

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers tax preparation services to low income families and individuals at no cost. That’s right, it’s absolutely FREE!

If you have a household income of less than $54,000 a year, and you live in the North Penn and Indian Valley School Districts, please call the United Way hotline number "2-1-1" or 1-866-964-7922, to schedule an appointment. Tax sites open the  last week of January.

Onsite, you will be assisted by one of our IRS-certified volunteer tax preparers.

All taxes are filed electronically, allowing you to receive your tax return in as little as seven to ten days!
