- Please use the Post Campaign Checklist when wrapping up your campaign
- Make sure all Pledge forms are signed by the donor
- When using our multiple carbonless Pledge forms, give the top (white) copy of each pledge sheet to United Way, the middle (yellow) copy to your payroll department, and the bottom (pink) copy to the donor
- Make sure a “total gift” amount is listed on each Pledge form
- If possible, attach a spreadsheet listing donor names and method of payment
- Please don’t staple cash or checks to Pledge forms
- If you held a special event that raised funds please use a spreadsheet to identify this special event and the donation details, if at all possible
- Please ask Leadership Givers ($1200 or more) to indicate how they would like to be recognized, using the space provided on the Pledge form
- Don’t forget to complete the Corporate Pledge Form
- Please completely fill out the Campaign Envelope provided
