AWARDS

Each year, we honor supporting companies at the Community Celebration.  It’s our chance to thank and recognize our supporting partners.  Below are the categories for 2012-2013 Campaign awards.

Award of Excellence – given the top company by company size for highest % increase in both dollars and participation in just EMPLOYEE giving.

Community Caring Award – given to companies whose TOTAL campaigns (employee and corporate giving combined) increased by $5,000 or more.

Corporate Leaders Society – recognizing companies whose TOTAL campaigns (employee and corporate giving combined) is $50,000 or more.

* Best in Show – recognize campaigns at three levels according to participation and best practices used during their campaigns.

* ECC of the Year - This award recognizes the employee campaign coordinator (or teams) who has shown exemplary commitment to United Way in the areas of GIVE. ADVOCATE.VOLUNTEER. Below are some of the factors considered:

• Attends ECC training      

• Shows an increase in dollars raised

• Participates in United Way presentation or employee rallies

• Shows an increase in employee participation• Includes special events in their campaign 

• Uses innovative campaign strategies

• Participates in Day of Caring or other volunteer opportunities

• Promotes leadership giving

• Financially supports United Way at some level NOTE:
